42 North Dental in Rhode Island is seeking a Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning through delivery of care. In our established practice you’ll provide comprehensive dental services and coordinate in-office specialty care including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license to practice dentistry.
• Diploma or certification in Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required or documented.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures in oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care
• Maintain professional ethics and conduct
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
