42 North Dental in Rhode Island seeks a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care to a steady flow of patients. You will manage the patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Maintain and update dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
