Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Dentist to join our established practice, delivering comprehensive dental care from examination through treatment delivery. The role includes in-office specialty services and a steady flow of new patients each month.

The Dentist will manage comprehensive treatment planning, promote oral health, and maintain high standards of care and ethics. Compensation reflects a daily rate and supportive professional development.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care and ethics.
