Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Part-Time Dentist to join our established practice. You will manage the entire patient experience from exam to care, with a steady stream of new patients each month and in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Daily responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients, creating and reviewing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate medical and dental records while upholding high

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Vaccination documentation for Hepatitis B.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality standards of care for all patients.
• Adhere to ethics and professionalism.
• Stay current with new developments and continuing education.
