Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, invites a licensed Dentist to join our established Massachusetts practice. You’ll manage the full patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in‑house specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive annual rate range from 50,000 to 125,000 USD, with 401K on hire, continuing education at no cost, and mentorship within a supportive network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and plan treatment.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
