Job summary

42 North Dental, based near Boston, MA, invites a Dentist to join our established practice with a steady flow of new patients. You will manage the entire clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in‑office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers competitive compensation from $50,000 to $125,000 USD annually, along with benefits such as 401K, continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a network of Doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
