Job summary

42 North Dental, built by dentists for dentists, seeks a Dentist to join our established Massachusetts practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to care, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

We offer 401K retirement, continuing education at no cost, and mentorship within a network of Doctors. Annual Rate $50,000 - $125,000 USD.

Qualifications

• Mandatory DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice dentistry in the relevant state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination and malpractice insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards of care.
• Uphold ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
