Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed Dentist to join our established practice in Massachusetts. You will lead the patient care journey from initial exam to comprehensive treatment, with in‑house specialties and a strong emphasis on prevention and education.

We offer extensive continuing education, mentorship, and a collaborative network of doctors. Annual rate: $50,000 - $125,000 USD. Strong patient flow and a commitment to ethics and excellence are at the core of our team.

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination is required.
Proof of malpractice insurance is required.
Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

Promote oral health and disease prevention.
Diagnose oral diseases.
Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
Review treatment plan options with patients.
Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
