Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Full-time Associate Dentist in Pennsylvania to manage the entire patient experience from examination to treatment delivery. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, with a strong emphasis on prevention and high-quality care.

The role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a robust benefits package, including malpractice reimbursement, retirement plan eligibility from day one, and extensive continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education
