Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our established practice with a strong monthly patient flow. You will oversee the full patient experience from exam through treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive compensation structure at 6% to 36% of collections, comprehensive health/vision/dental benefits, a 401K, and opportunities for continuing education through Harvard Rounds Network and internal CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, and continuing education.
