Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Full-time General Dentist in Montoursville, PA to manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment. The position runs 8 AM–5 PM, 4–5 days per week, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a compensation model offering up to 36% of collections.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)
