42North Dental is seeking a full-time general dentist to join our Montoursville, PA team. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam to treatment, including in-office specialty services. The role emphasizes high-quality care, ongoing education, and teamwork to improve patient outcomes.

Compensation includes a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with full benefits for eligible full-time

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE courses and professional development.
