Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-house perio, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics as part of a diverse practice.

The role offers a 36% collections-based earning potential and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with benefits and continuing education opportunities through the Harvard Rounds Network and LifeMart discounts.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
