Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a full-time general dentist to join a team delivering comprehensive dental care. You will manage the patient experience from exam to treatment and work with in-office specialists for periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily schedule 8AM-5PM with options for 4–5 days per week and a daily guarantee or percentage of collections up to 36%. Generous benefits and continuing education opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostics.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
