Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialty services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Weekend and CE opportunities are available through Harvard Rounds Network and our continuing education offerings.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in oral cavity.

Education
