Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA to join a patient-centered practice. The Dentist will oversee the full patient experience from exam to treatment, offering in-office specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus and a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, with 4–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM. Join a team that prioritizes education and professional growth through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients and uphold ethics
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and standards of care through continuing education
