Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to deliver comprehensive care from exam to treatment. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, diagnosing oral diseases, and performing restorative and surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of ethics and patient care.

We offer up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and the potential to earn up to 36% of collections, with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), CE opportunities, and staff

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.

Education

DMD or DDS degree
