Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the complete clinical patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The role offers a daily patient care focus with a 4-5 day workweek, 8AM-5PM, and a compensation model featuring daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections along with a substantial sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor dental development and growth.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality standards and professional ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.

Education
