Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time general dentist in Hollidaysburg, PA to join a team delivering high-quality dental care. The role involves 4-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, with a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections.

A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, and full-time benefits include health/dental/vision, 401K, and continuing education opportunities through Harvard Rounds Network. Responsibilities include patient exams, treatment planning, delivering care across in-house specialties,

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
