Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA, is hiring a full-time General Dentist. You will manage the complete patient experience from exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties. This role offers strong earning potential and a sign-on bonus, with a schedule of 4–5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Active state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics.

Education
