Job summary

Northeast Valley Health Corporation in Los Angeles is seeking an Associate Dental Director to partner with the Chief Dental Officer in leading the dental department and delivering a broad range of high-quality services.

You will supervise dentists, hygienists, and business office staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive recruitment, retention, and service planning to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental school with a DDS or DMD degree.
• Current California dental license and DEA registration.
• Five years of dental practice experience with at least two years in supervision at a community clinic (FQHC preferred).
• CPR certification current and compliant with policy.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, EHRs, and database systems.
