Job Overview:

Duties:

Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies.

Make in-person court appearances as required.

Requirements:

Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

1-5 years of experience in toxic tort, asbestos, or product liability matters preferred.

Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to make in-person appearances for hearings and court proceedings when necessary.
