Responsibilities

We are looking for a 2-5 year attorney for toxic tort, general liability defense, and employment defense. The job responsibilities include:

• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions
• Draft and respond to written discovery and discovery motions
• Attend court hearings and argue motions
• Conduct and defend fact and expert witness depositions
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial
• Prepare trial documents and submissions
• Provide analytical insight and recommendations
• Ability to multitask across wide caseload
