Job Description
- Provide legal support for a variety of debt finance transactions, including leveraged finance, acquisition financing, and other structured finance deals.
- Advise clients on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financing arrangements.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and prepare related legal documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments impacting the debt finance sector.
- Provide guidance on cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional financing matters.
- Assist with client relationship management and business development initiatives.
- Support the training and mentoring of junior team members as required.

The Successful Applicant
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive into the New York Bar.
- Strong understanding of debt finance, including leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment.
- High level of client service orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
