Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in workforce development, continuing education, or higher education.
• Ability to translate workforce needs into innovative programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPCE senior leadership team and align with strategic plan.
• Build relationships with employers, industry leaders, workforce boards, and government agencies.
• Identify workforce trends and translate into educational programs and partnerships.
• Oversee creation and expansion of certificates, microcredentials, and training programs.
