Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Canvas LMS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop faculty and staff; support hiring and onboarding; conduct evaluations; mentor for growth.
• Plan and manage academic operations; schedule courses; coordinate workloads and adjunct staff.
• Advance program quality and growth; guide curriculum development and accreditation processes.
• Use data to drive decisions: monitor enrollment, program performance, and outcomes.
• Build industry and community partnerships; maintain strategic relationships with employers and districts.
• Expand student pathways; support dual enrollment and internships with external partners.
• Ensure compliance and funding readiness; manage data for financial aid and grants.
• Support grant lifecycle activities: identify opportunities and lead programmatic initiatives.
• Promote programs with Marketing; update website and advertisements.
• Manage resources; assist with budgeting, facilities, and inventory.
