Job summary

Rowan University invites applications for an Associate Dean of the William G. Rohrer College of Business. The role leads strategic transformation, supports Dean in advancing programs, and collaborates across faculty and staff to advance teaching, research, and student success.

The Associate Dean will work with external constituents, including alumni and donors, to drive excellence in operations and curricular initiatives. Start date January 2027 and 12-month appointment are anticipated.

Qualifications

• PhD in business with AACSB accreditation mindset and experience.
• Evidence of leadership in a collegiate business school setting.
• Familiarity with AACSB standards, curriculum evaluation, and student learning outcomes.
• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness, research, and service in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Steer strategic transformation of the Rohrer College of Business.
