Job summary

Rowan University invites applications for an Associate Dean of the William G. Rohrer College of Business. The role supports the Dean in strategic transformation and works with faculty and staff to drive excellence across undergraduate and graduate programs.

Start date January 2027. The candidate should have a PhD in business, demonstrated leadership in a business school, and familiarity with AACSB accreditation standards; industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a business discipline from an AACSB accredited institution.
• Demonstrated leadership in a collegiate business school setting with excellence in teaching, research, and service.
• Familiarity with AACSB standards and practices; understands undergraduate and graduate programs and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dean in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for the College.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to drive excellence across all facets of the College.
• Engage with external constituents, including alumni, employers, and potential donors.
