Job summary

The University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Dean for Clinical Undergraduate Medical Education. Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent medical degree.
• 8–10 years as teaching faculty in an academic medical setting.
• Demonstrated excellence in medical student education, clinical teaching, and curriculum development.
• Experience in educational leadership, scholarship, curriculum administration, program evaluation, or CQI.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of clinical curriculum for M3 and M4 UME.
• Lead evaluation, CQI, and ongoing improvement of the curriculum across sites.
• Collaborate with DME leadership, clerkship/coursedirectors, clinical departments, and partners to ensure high-quality educational experiences.
