The Associate Dean oversees data collection, outcomes analysis, and reports for internal and external agencies, while guiding curriculum planning and teaching activities.

Qualifications

• Curriculum planning and management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing development and implementation of the strategic plan in relation to college goals and accreditation standards.
• Lead development and implementation of the curriculum management plan.
• Prepare for CODA accreditation site visits and ensure adherence to CODA standards.
• Collect data and provide outcomes analysis for educational programs.
• Prepare reports for internal and external agencies.
• Serve on the Dental Executive Committee.
• Teach in a didactic or clinical setting within area of expertise.
• Oversee compliance with academic standards and integrity among students.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
