Associate Data Scientist (Biotech)

Job Summary

The Systems Analyst Associate role collaborates with business partners and application development teams to deliver and maintain technology solutions. They are responsible for updating applications and technology platforms, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining systems. They act as a liaison for IT infrastructure, security, and development teams, addressing requests, inquiries, and escalations from customers, help desk, or business partners.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. System Analysis and Administration:
   • Collaborate with teams to build, test, secure, and debug system capabilities.
   • Maintain system and process documentation.
2. Monitoring and Support:
   • Respond to system anomalies and partner with teams to remediate issues.
   • Handle inquiries and support requests from users and help desk.
   • Develop and maintain a knowledge base for common issues.
   • Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents.
3. Release Management:
   • Follow change management policies.
   • Ensure reliable deployment and rollback processes.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Work Experience:

• Experience in analysis, configuration, and development on relevant platforms.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Hands-on development experience with programming languages and database tools preferred.
• Experience supporting large enterprise-grade applications preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business goals and design solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of web and cloud technologies, SaaS, PaaS, and on-premises systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

The salary range for this position is $73,840 - $107,120 annually, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. The role may be bonus or incentive eligible.
