Martin's Point Health Care Inc. in Portland, ME is seeking an Associate Data Engineer to support SQL Server workloads, ETL pipelines, and cloud data processes.

You will help migrate on-prem workflows to Azure and Databricks while collaborating with senior engineers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, foundational SQL skills, and a willingness to learn modern data engineering practices; healthcare data familiarity is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Data Engineering or related field.
• Foundational SQL skills required.
• Exposure to ETL tools, Azure services, or Databricks preferred; healthcare data familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and basic SSIS components.
• Maintain SQL Server on-prem environment.
• Migrate ETL jobs and SQL logic into cloud architectures.
• Monitor data jobs, investigate failures, and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain documentation, diagrams, and pipeline inventories.
• Learn and apply data engineering best practices.
