They serve more than 10 million U.S. households with over 19 million individual policies across all 50 states, through over 48,000 exclusive and independent agents, and nearly 18,500 employees. The role has two main objectives: first, to define, understand, quantify, and explain the metrics being captured for the department. This involves working with Data Leadership and team leads to determine, define, and calculate key metrics. Second, to build and maintain dashboards and reports, primarily using PowerBI. The PowerBI Reporting Specialist will design, develop, and sustain business intelligence solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to meet their reporting needs and translate them into insights.
This position is primarily a Power BI Developer role, requiring data literacy and strong communication skills. The role supports internal stakeholders by enhancing reports that inform performance and drive improvements.
