A leading company in property management seeks an Associate Data Engineer to develop and maintain data infrastructure. The role requires knowledge in data processing, pipeline development, and database management with the ability to analyze and communicate data effectively. Location: Remote to AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MO, NC, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA.
FLSA Status: Exempt/Salary
Position Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Pacific) -subject to change based on project assignments/deadlines and location (i.e., time zone)
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
Travel: Up to 5% of the time
Job Summary
The Associate Data Engineer role requires a background in data engineering, including data processing, pipeline development, and database management. The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years of on-the-job experience in data analytics and/or data engineering and have familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server, a programming language such as Python, C#, and/or Microsoft PowerShell, and other relevant technologies. The qualified person for this position will build and maintain data infrastructure, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data workflows. On a day-to-day basis, the Associate Data Engineer will work with the data engineering team to support new development initiatives, maintain the existing platform, and ensure efficient data operations. The Associate Data Engineer will perform these duties while maintaining good communication and reporting relationships with the data team, multiple departments, field management, and Company Personnel at all levels.
