This role involves working with product teams to develop and implement models interpreting clinical data, including machine learning and GenAI solutions for healthcare problems. Responsibilities include building, validating, and deploying models, and collaborating across departments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and maintain machine learning and GenAI models under supervision
• Assist in deploying models and coordinating with IT and product teams
• Support bringing new products into production and monitor data pipelines
• Peer review models built by colleagues

What We Need

• 1+ years of experience with machine learning, analytics, or actuarial work in healthcare, insurance, or similar
• Experience with modeling techniques like regression, decision trees, clustering
• Programming skills in R, Python, Databricks, AWS, or SQL

Location & Compensation

This is a remote position with travel to Wisconsin and nationwide. Salary ranges vary by location and experience, from $65,200 to over $151,440, based on factors like education, experience, and location.
