Description
The Associate Data Analyst is responsible for using Wiland systems to build data elements, perform data quality analysis on assigned datasets, conduct research, and coordinate data loads. They also maintain data build and update schedules, interrogate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, reliability, and completeness, and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding data assets.
Essential Functions
- Data Build & Documentation Assets
- Contribute to establishing and evolving procedures for building and updating data elements and evaluating data quality, with a regular schedule.
- Execute these procedures ensuring data builds meet schedules and quality parameters.
- Help develop escalation procedures for data issues.
- Data Load & Data Quality
- Execute procedures for updating data assets and evaluating data quality.
- Assist with data investigations and loads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with transcripts showing a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Experience or education in fields like Classical studies, sociology, anthropology, archaeology, UI/UX design, communications, business strategy, BI, data governance, or client service is encouraged.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in data quality evaluation and analysis, preferably in marketing.
- Experience developing audiences, data products, or assets.
- Ability to research, interpret data, and prepare professional documents and presentations.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills applicable in a business context.

- Compensation: $50,000 - $64,000 plus variable components.
