About the role

As a Staff Data Analyst reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will support key projects across Customer Support, Finance, Go-To-Market, Marketing, Product, and Strategy teams. Your role involves solving complex problems by providing data-driven insights and clarity. The ideal candidate is highly curious, maintains high analytical standards, and balances rigor with speed to maximize business impact.

We have multiple openings within Flex Analytics, focusing on Customer Support and Product domains.

What you’ll do

• Explore data across various domains to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and automations to scale analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with leaders to uncover insights, opportunities, and root causes of performance issues.
• Work with Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to enhance data accuracy and consistency.
• Bridge data insights with strategic priorities across the business.

Key qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Finance, CS, Mathematics, etc.)
• 6+ years of experience in analytics supporting business outcomes
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts
• Proven success in influencing business strategy through analytics
• Advanced SQL and BI tool experience (e.g., Tableau, Mode, Looker)
• Experience with ETL processes, dbt, and Snowflake
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Proactive, action-oriented, and curious about details

The salary range depends on experience and location:

• NY/NJ/CA: $170,000-$186,000
• Other states: $153,000-$167,000
