This is a full-time position based on a 37.5 hour work week. The starting annual salary is notes below and is based on level of previous experience and/or applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry. In addition, hired applicants will be eligible for the company’s annual variable incentive paid based on company performance. Additional commission opportunities may apply to customer facing sales and service representatives.
Amica is seeking an Associate Care Representative in Lone Tree, CO. The role requires taking phone calls to sell policies and service current accounts. Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in service and sales, demonstrate a professional phone demeanor, and exhibit strong teamwork skills.
A starting annual salary of $50,712 ($24.38/hr). Additional compensation would be dependent on level of experience and applicable licenses within the property and casualty industry with a range of up to $73,542 annually ($35.36/hr). The 40 hour work week is scheduled from Monday through Friday, between the core hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and includes a few holidays and Saturdays annually. Work from home may be available up to two days a week once trained to work independently. This posting is anticipated to close on 10/21/26.
