Position: Associate Criminal Defense Attorney

Responsibilities:

- Assist partners in criminal litigation cases from inception to resolution

- Demonstrate proficiency in trial advocacy

- Draft motions and briefs with precision and excellence

- Present compelling arguments in state and federal court proceedings

Qualifications:

- Licensed to practice law in Colorado

- 1-4 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally within the district attorney’s office, public defender’s office, or a private criminal defense firm

- Motivated self-starter with a commitment to excellence

- Exceptional communication and analytical skills

- Proven trial experience, including motions practice

- Strong writing abilities with a track record of producing high-quality legal documents

- Competitive salary range: $130,000- $175,000.00 per year, depending on experience
