Qualifications

• 1-3 years of production experience in a creative studio or agency.
• Experience supporting SOWs and managing mid-sized projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple concurrent projects through all phases from kickoff to delivery.
• Assist in developing project scopes of work.
• Help execute project plans across studio disciplines and schedules.
• Source and coordinate contractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Support cost coordination with clients and freelancers.
• Assist with client presentations and meetings.
• Provide administrative support to producers.
• Foster collaborative team environment and creative excellence.
