# Associate, Creative ProducerLocation: USAWe're looking for an Associate Creative Producer who loves solving problems and helping great creative work come to life. You're the kind of person clients and the DE-YAN team can count on — someone who stays on top of the details, keeps things moving, and always has a handle on what's happening across the project.You'll help guide creative projects from first idea to final delivery, making sure the work holds up to a high standard, stays on budget, and lands on time. This role is a good fit if you can run with day-to-day tasks on your own while staying closely connected to our multidisciplinary team and a senior producer — and if you're excited to grow into more ownership as you go.## What you’ll do* Support multiple concurrent projects with multidisciplinary teams and clients through all phases: kickoff, ideation, design, development, and delivery* Assist in developing project Scopes of Work that clearly articulate client objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets* Help execute project plans across studio disciplines, supporting resource allocation, schedules, and stakeholder communications* Help source and coordinate external contractors, vendors, fabricators, and specialized consultants* Support contract and cost coordination with clients, freelancers, and vendors under the guidance of a senior producer* Assist business development with compelling project proposals and presentations* Help facilitate meetings and client calls, communicating project progress and status updates clearly* Provide administrative and organizational support to the art director and senior producers as needed* Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that encourages creative excellence## What you’ll bring* 1-3 years of production experience in a creative studio or agency environment* Some experience supporting SOWs and helping manage projects with sizable budgets* Adaptability and enthusiasm for evolving responsibilities in a dynamic environment* Exposure to diverse project types such as events, photo/video productions, brand identity/strategy work, or interactive installations* Strong client-facing communication skills, with a willingness to grow into more presentation responsibility* Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining momentum in fast-paced creative environments* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously## Apply for this roleOne form, one resume, optional cover letter.
