Born Social is seeking an Associate Creative Director to set and lead the account's creative direction, delivering externally recognized work that drives growth. You will work with senior leaders to support pitches and win new business, ensuring projects align with briefs and business plans.

You will mentor the creative team, drive cultural excellence, and cultivate strong client relationships while delivering high-impact campaigns for global brands.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years in a conceptual creative or creative strategy role.
• Experience pitching and delivering industry-leading campaigns.
• Experience directing campaigns for global brands.
• Strong deck creation and presenting skills.
