New York or Chicago location preferred for weekly onsite collaboration. Working in EST hours is required for team and client collaboration.
We are seeking anAssociate Creative Director (Art), Creative Development, to join our creative team forour national home improvement client. You will concept and execute a variety of 360 campaign deliverables with an emphasis on TV and broadcast, as well as social posts, online video for social, experiential, activations and more.You will concept and create brand level work, integrated campaign creative, bespoke social content for the brand's handles, reactive social content and conceptual brand work.You will be paired with an ACD Copywriter. You will work with two Creative Direction teams, strategists and other creatives, and mentor a midlevel team. You will report to an Executive Creative Director.

Additional Information
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
