Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to join our acclaimed creative team. You will lead art direction and visual storytelling, collaborating with the Creative Director to shape campaigns that align with our brand and client goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience, strong pharma industry knowledge, and expertise in Adobe Suite and Figma. AOR experience and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and related regulations.
• AOR experience is required.
• Knowledge and background in working with therapeutic clients.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead art direction and visual storytelling within multimedia campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and team to develop visually compelling concepts.
• Present vision and pitches, and guide project rhythm from concept to execution.
