EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to lead visual storytelling and art direction for pharmaceutical client experiences. You will collaborate with the Creative Director and team to develop compelling concepts and drive brand storytelling across multimedia platforms.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of marketing experience across digital, print, and traditional channels, with strong knowledge of pharma marketing and AOR background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required.
• 8+ years of digital, print, traditional and trade marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and therapeutic standards.
• Must be highly conceptual and strategic.
• AOR experience is required.
• Experience with therapeutic clients and brand work.

• Develop and execute visually compelling concepts aligned with brand vision.
• Lead creative direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Present and defend creative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead design teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Drive innovation while maintaining adherence to regulatory constraints.
