EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead concepting and art/design for pharmaceutical marketing across digital, print, and video. You will own projects from concept to delivery, defend work to stakeholders, and mentor junior team members while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, clear communication of complex medical information, and meeting billability goals in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in art direction, with a focus on pharmaceutical marketing.
• Develop multichannel creative that displays strong conceptual thinking, design finesse, strategic acumen, and the ability to bring clarity to content-heavy work
• Proficiency in digital, print, and video communication design.
• Mastery of pharmaceutical regulatory processes and adept at working within these confines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Distill complex and scientific medical information into clear visual communications.
• Proficient in file-building/management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Possesses strong conceptual skills with the ability to bring a wide range of original creative solutions to every project
• Owns concept and design across all types of communication (digital, print, video, etc.)
• Assists creative leads on projects, helping to pull creative concepts and themes through tactics
• Proactively collaborates with subject matter experts to internal and external teams
• Ability to present and defend work to internal and external teams
• Mastery of pharmaceutical regulatory processes and adept at working within these confines
• Ability to distill complex and scientific medical information into clear, compelling visual communications
• Proficient at file-building/management best practices
• Actively participates in brainstorms and is enthusiastic to ideate with larger team
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development.
