Edelman seeks a trend-forward ACD-Art (bring your CW partner if you have one!) for a top retail client. This role requires a style-savvy creative passionate about social, fashion, beauty, home decor, and design trends—a visionary dreaming of being in Wallpaper magazine. You will leverage cultural trends, IRL experiences, and sharp design to craft standout campaigns that elevate brands and captivate audiences.

Our team produces some of the world’s most buzz-worthy work, like eBay's pre-loved runway shows at NY and London Fashion Week or Dove’s guide for coding Black hairstyles in gaming. We don’t just follow culture; we aim to change it.

Expect a variety of creative projects that challenge traditional PR or advertising norms. One day you’re ideating a content series, the next you’re brainstorming with our AI team or crafting culture-shifting activation ideas. Responsibilities

  • Partner with an Associate Creative Director, Copywriter, and creative leadership to conceive and execute integrated campaigns across various media, especially social, digital, video, experiences, and content.
  • Design campaign ideas for client projects and new pitches that are earned-first and social by design.
  • Collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and influencer teams.
  • Develop tactics to bring creative concepts to life and meet program goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing guidance to team members as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers and production partners to schedule and produce projects.
  • Prepare and present creative ideas to clients and drive the approval process.
  • Work effectively with vendors and colleagues to complete projects within timelines and budgets.
Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience managing detailed projects with a team-oriented, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Advertising, or Graphic Design.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating recent social, traditional, earned, digital, and experiential campaigns.
  • Experience in advertising, art direction, with a portfolio showcasing design, layout, photography, typography, and color skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills to sell creative ideas internally and externally.
  • Ability to build trusting client relationships.
  • Collaborative skills to lead projects, manage budgets, and possibly oversee junior creatives.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience in on-site production/art direction for events, activations, video, digital, and social platforms.
  • Pride in your work and the ability to discuss it clearly during interviews.
Salary range: $86,000 - $133,000 annually, depending on various factors including experience and location.
