Qualifications

• 7+ years in a creative leadership role within an agency or brand team.
• Proven track record creating breakthrough social media content.
• Experience integrating AI into creative processes.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and defend creative directions for social campaigns.
• Navigate budgets and timelines, keeping teams focused under pressure.
• Oversee concept-to-final craft across multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Partner with clients to evolve social thinking, campaigns and content.
• Mentor junior staff and foster growth and creative bravery.
• Ensure art direction and copy meet agency standards and goals.
• Identify opportunities to blend AI tools with storytelling.
• Lead AI training and promote ethical use in workflows.
