  • Stay ahead of trends in brand, broadcast, digital advertising, social, and motion to continuously raise the creative bar.
Your Background
  • 7+ years of creative experience building culturally resonant work for consumer entertainment, streaming, media, gaming, or creator platforms, or at a leading creative agency recognized for breakthrough earned‑media campaigns.

  • Exceptional creative strategist—able to translate business objectives into compelling creative territories and present them in a way that lands.
  • A natural presenter and storyteller who can hold a room, build enthusiasm, and communicate the “why” behind every creative decision.
  • Strong concepting and strategic thinking across both B2C and B2B creative contexts.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and give sharp notes on design, animation, editorial, and copywriting.
  • Capacity to recognize great creative, raise the quality of work through thoughtful feedback, and uphold a consistently high creative bar.
  • A collaborative team player who elevates the people around them and thrives in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—comfortable presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; able to manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously.
