The role requires 5+ years in trusts and estates, tax planning, and business succession. Admission to NY/NJ/FL bar; LL.M. in Taxation preferred.

We serve high-net-worth families and business owners, offering integrated estate planning and tax strategy with leadership growth potential in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates, tax planning, and business succession matters.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute sophisticated strategies for high-net-worth families and business owners.
• Admission to practice in New Jersey, New York or Florida.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced strategies using revocable and irrevocable trusts and related tax planning.
• Advise on tax-efficient transfers involving estate, gift, and GST taxes.
• Develop asset protection and beneficiary-controlled trust structures.
• Provide guidance for blended families and high-net-worth planning.
• Support business planning and succession, including entity structuring and buy-sell agreements.
• Coordinate and review filings and related estate and tax documents.
